Privacy policy of Sklep UNIKAT-COMP.PL

 

  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Online Store Privacy Policy is for informational purposes only, we describe how we process the personal data of our customers and users of the store platform.

The Administrator of the personal data collected via the Internet Shop is the UNIKAT S.C. company with the headquarters in 2 Gościniec Street, 70-876 Szczecin, NIP: 852-060-42-28; REGON: 810117471; e-mail address: sklep@unikat-comp.pl, contact tel. no: +48 91 462 01 27 and fax number: +48 91 462 01 27 - hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator" and being at the same time the Provider of the Internet Shop and the Seller.

The personal data of the Customer and the Customer of the store are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016) (hereinafter: RODO) and the Act on providing services by electronic means of 18 July 2002 (Dz.U. 2002 No. 144, item 1204 as amended.

Unikat s.c. respects all personal data of its customers and visitors to the store's platform and takes care to ensure adequate protection of the collected data ensures that the data it collects is processed in accordance with the law; collected for strictly specified purposes and that it will not be subject to further processing incompatible with the originally specified purposes. Data shall be kept in a form that permits the identification of data subjects for no longer than it is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.

For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of Terms and Conditions (located on the website) or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it follows directly from the description) shall apply.

Terms used in this Privacy Policy shall be understood as follows:

  1. BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING

Provision of personal data by the Customer or the Client is voluntary, although failure to provide the personal data specified on the website of the Online Store and in the Rules of the Online Store necessary for the conclusion and performance of a Sales Agreement or the contract results in the inability to conclude the contract.

The basis for the processing of the Customer's or Client's personal data is the need for the performance of a contract to which the Customer is a party or taking action at the Customer's request prior to entering into such a contract. In the case of data processing for the purposes of direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services, such processing shall be based on (1) the prior consent of the Customer or Client or (2) fulfillment of the Administrator's legally justified purposes (pursuant to Article 23(4) of the Act on Personal Data Protection, a legally justified purpose is in particular direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services).

  1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION

Each time, the purpose, scope of data and recipients of specific categories of data processed by the Administrator result from actions taken by the Customer or Client in the Online Store.

Collection of customer data takes place in the situations of:

  • Conclusion and execution of the Sales Agreement - on the basis of Art. 6 par. 1 letter b RODO. Providing personal data by the customer is voluntary, however, failure to provide such data will result in the inability to place orders. Personal data provided for this purpose will be stored for a period of 6 years.
  • Direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services –  based on Art. 6 (1) (f) RODO, Provision of personal data is voluntary. Personal data provided for this purpose will be stored until you object.
  • Maintaining a Customer account – on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO. Providing personal data for this purpose is voluntary, however, failure to provide them will result in the inability to maintain an account and place orders through it.
  • Collecting information related to your use of the store's platform (cookies) - on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO of 27 April 2016 - i.e. for the purpose of maintaining the user session (after logging in), in order to limit the need to enter the Login and Password on specific subpages of the store, optimizing the online store to the needs of customers, creating statistics on the viewing of subpages of the online store, ensuring safety and reliability of operation
  1. POSSIBLE RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA OF CUSTOMERS OF THE ONLINE STORE

  • The recipient of the Customer's personal data is the hosting provider;

     

  • If you have given your consent to receive commercial information then the recipient of your personal data can be companies that provide the software used to send commercial information;

  • The recipient of the data processed in the cookies is Google Inc. with its registered seat in the USA.

The Administrator may process the following personal data of Customers or Clients using the Online Store: first and last name; e-mail address; contact telephone number; delivery address (street, house number, apartment number, zip code, city, country), address of residence/business/site (if different from the delivery address). For Service Recipients or Clients who are not consumers, the Administrator may additionally process the company name and tax identification number (NIP) of the Service Recipient or Client.

In some situations, the law requires us to store your personal data for a longer period of time (e.g. tax law). If this is the case, your personal data will be stored for such a period in accordance with the law.

  1. RIGHTS RELATED TO DATA PROCESSING
    You have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data:

right of data correction

You have a right to demand correction of your personal data if they are incorrect or incomplete. If the data is incomplete, you have the right to demand its supplementation, including by presenting Unikat s.c. with an appropriate statement.

right to restrict processing

You have the right to request that we "block" your personal information in certain cases, including but not limited to:

- you question the accuracy of your data - for a period of time for us to check its accuracy;

- You file an objection

"Blocking" your data means that Unikat s.c. will be able to continue to store your personal data, but we will not be able to process (use) them in any other way, except in special situations (e.g. when an important public interest requires it).

right to the transfer of data

You have the right to request Unikat s.c. to deliver your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You have the right to send this data to another data controller. You also have the right to require Unikat s.c to send this data to another controller, if this is technically possible

- on the basis of your consent or on the basis of a contract (e.g. when your data are processed in the framework of order processing);

Your right to demand erasure of your personal data may be restricted in some cases, among others when their processing is necessary for the realization of Unikat s.c. legal obligations (e.g. according to the obligations connected with bookkeeping).

The right to the erasure of data (the so-called right to be forgotten)

You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data in certain cases, including when:

- Your data is processed unlawfully;

- they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;

- there is no legal basis for their processing (e.g. when you have withdrawn consent or raised an objection).

If the Client or Customer agrees to the processing of data for the purpose of direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services, consent may be revoked at any time.

If the Administrator intends to process or processes the Client's or Customer's data for the purpose of direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services, the data subject is also entitled to (1) submit a written, reasoned request to cease processing his/her data on account of his/her particular situation or (2) object to the processing of his/her data.

In order to exercise the rights referred to above, the Administrator may be contacted by sending a relevant written message or an e-mail to the Administrator's address sklep@unikat-comp.pl with the annotation "PERSONAL DATA" or to the correspondence address indicated at the beginning of this privacy policy.

  1. COOKIES AND OPERATING DATA

Cookies are small information in the form of text files sent by a server and stored on the website of the Internet Shop (e.g. on the hard drive of a computer, laptop or smartphone memory card - depending on the device used by the visitor to our Internet Shop).

These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of your web browser or inform on their placement in the device of the Service User and the Client. Detailed information on the possibility and methods of using cookies is available in the settings of your software (web browser).

The Administrator may process data contained in cookies when visitors use the website of the Internet Shop for the following purposes:

- identifying Customers as logged in to the Internet Shop and showing that they are logged in;
- remembering about Products added to the basket in order to place an Order;
- remembering data from completed Order Forms, logging data to the Internet Shop;
- adjust the content of the Internet Shop pages to the individual preferences of the Customer (e.g. as regards colors, font size, page layout) and optimise the use of the Internet Shop pages;
- keep anonymous statistics presenting the manner of use of the Internet Shop's website.

The software used to browse the web (web browser) by default allows the storage of cookies on the User's and Client's terminal equipment. Users of the store's platform and Clients can change their cookie settings at any time.

Everyone has the possibility to determine the conditions of using cookies through the settings of their own web browser. This means that you can, for example, partially restrict (e.g. temporarily) or completely disable the storage of cookies - in the latter case, however, this may affect some of the functionality of the Online Store (for example, it may not be possible to follow the path of the Order through the Order Form due to failure to remember the Products in the shopping cart during the subsequent steps of submitting the Order).

The settings of your Internet browser regarding cookies are important from the point of view of your consent to the use of cookies by our Online Store - according to the regulations, such consent can also be expressed through the settings of your Internet browser. In the absence of such consent, the settings of the Internet browser concerning cookies must be changed accordingly.

The Administrator also processes anonymised operational data related to the use of the Internet Shop (so-called logs - IP address, domain) to generate statistics which are helpful in administering the Internet Shop. The data are collective and anonymous, i.e. they do not contain characteristics identifying persons visiting the Internet Shop website. The logs are not disclosed to third parties.

  1. FINAL PROVISIONS

On the website of our shopping platform, we place links leading to other websites, not administered by us, .When deciding to go to such websites we recommend that each time you read the privacy policy established there. This privacy policy applies only to this Internet Shop.

The Administrator shall apply technical and organizational measures aimed at protecting the processed personal data, which ensure protection appropriate to the threats and the category of data, protect the data from disclosure to unauthorized persons, processing in violation of the applicable regulations and alteration, loss, damage or destruction.

The Administrator provides the following technical measures to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data sent electronically; uses appropriate protection of the data set against unauthorized access; provides access to the Account only after providing an individual login and password.
